Apa yang salah, Mengapa Saya Tidak Dapat save as ke PNG di Photoshop CS3 CS5 CS6??

Suatu Waktu saya menginstal ulang pc atau leptop saya. Secara otomatis saya dharus menginstall ulang kembali software yang saya butuhkan, seperti photoshop. Namun, sewaktu saya mencoba pertama kali mencoba, semua terlihat normal, sampai pada tahap save as ke PNG baru lah saya merasa ada yang aneh pada photoshop ini. Dan ternyata masalah yang timbul ini terjadi akibat kesalahan pada pemilihan color mode, yaitu pada klik file - new. Iya, seharusnya saya memilih color mode RGB Color, agar pada saat menyimpan dapat memilih PNG sebagai ekstensi file nya. Dan sekarang hasilnya pun sangat memuaskan. Cara Cepat Mengatasi : 1. Buka Photoshop Anda 2. Pilih file lalu new 3. Pilih color mode menjadi RGB Color 4. OK, selesai WHAATTT???

Pernahkah anda diminta untuk mengisi IP ADDRESS pada komputer??? Jika itu masalahnya maka silahkan ikuti petunjuk berikut!
